Where is I-49 RV Park located?
We’re located in Archie, Missouri, right off I-49 for easy access to Kansas City, Harrisonville, and surrounding areas.
How do I get directions to the park?
You can find us on Google Maps by searching “I-49 RV Park Archie MO.” Directions are also included in your booking confirmation.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late check-ins may be available upon request.
Do you offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates?
Yes. We offer affordable nightly rates, as well as discounted weekly and extended stay options.
Do you have full hook-up RV sites?
Yes. We provide water, sewer, and electric hook-ups (20, 30, and 50 amps available).
Do you allow tent campers?
Yes! We welcome tent campers!
Do you allow long-term RV stays?
Yes. We welcome extended stays, with sewer support requirements for long-term guests.
What size RVs can your sites accommodate?
We’re big-rig friendly with spacious pull-through sites that accommodate rigs of all sizes.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
Do you have shaded or pull-through sites?
Yes. We have both shaded back-in and large pull-through RV sites.
Reservations & Payments
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve your site online through our website or by calling our office.
Do you require a deposit when booking?
Yes. A deposit is required to hold your site, with the balance due at check-in for monthly check-ins.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days in advance receive a full refund, not including the credit card and platform fee. Cancelations after 2 days are non-refundable.
Do you accept walk-ins or same-day reservations?
Yes, based on availability. We recommend booking ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for seniors (65+) and military guests.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, if sites are available. Please check with the office.
Park Rules & Policies
Can I wash my RV or vehicle at the park?
No. Vehicle and RV washing is not permitted.
Can I do mechanic work on my RV?
No. Mechanic work of any kind is not allowed.
Can I move indoor furniture outside?
No. Only outdoor furniture is permitted outside.
Do you allow clotheslines?
No. Clotheslines are not permitted.
Are window A/C units allowed?
No. Window units are not allowed.
Can I bring a deep freezer?
No. Deep freezers are not permitted.
Is homesteading allowed?
No. Homesteading is prohibited.
Are outdoor rugs allowed?
No. Rugs are not permitted on grassy areas.
Do I need management approval for RV steps?
Yes. Non-factory steps must be pre-approved.
What are the rules for sewer and water hookups?
All hookups must be fitted properly and supported to prevent leaks.
Can I dump liquid waste on the ground or in dumpsters?
No. Dumping liquid waste anywhere but designated areas is prohibited.
Do extended stay guests have extra requirements?
Yes. Sewer support ladders are required for extended stays.
Do RV units need approval?
All RVs must be in working condition. Units over 10 years old must be approved by management.
Do I need a heated water hose in winter?
Yes. Heated hoses must be installed by November 1st, or water will be shut off until one is in place.
Can I keep trash cans outside my site?
No. Use the dumpsters provided.
Do I need approval for skirting?
Yes. Skirting must be approved by management.
What are the rules for pets?
Pets must be leashed at all times, picked up after, and not left unattended on cables. Owners must be at the end of the leash.
Are parents responsible for their children?
Yes. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior. Children may not play in the roadway.
What are the laundry rules?
The laundry room is open 24/7. No smoking inside, clean lint filters after use, remove your belongings promptly, and respect others using the machines.
What are the restroom and shower rules?
Restrooms/showers are open 24/7. No smoking, pets, horseplay, or dishwashing is allowed. Please remove belongings after use.
What are the campfire rules?
Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only. Fires must be attended at all times and fully extinguished when not in use. Fireworks are prohibited.
Where do I put garbage?
All trash must be placed in the provided dumpsters. No trash may be left outside or in cans.
Where is the storm shelter located?
The storm shelter is located next to the office.
Can management evict guests?
Yes. Management reserves the right to remove guests who break rules, cause disturbances, or create nuisances. Eviction is immediate.
